We aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible and provide a reliable delivery service.


Delivery in Ireland

  • Orders can be delivered anywhere in Ireland.

  • Delivery is free of charge across the country.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties are covered by our store.

  • Parcels are delivered to your door (in apartment buildings — to the main entrance).

  • You don’t need to be at home: if you are absent, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a collection point, or leave a notification.


 Production & Delivery Times

  • Stock items: delivery usually takes 9–14 working days.

  • Handmade items: some of our collections are made to order and may require additional production time.

    • These products are marked as “Available to order”.

    • Please check the product description for estimated production times, as they vary depending on the light fitting.

  • If an item is in stock, this will be shown in the description.


Order Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery date.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

  • After successful delivery, you will receive a final confirmation email.
    ⚠️ Please make sure to check our emails — they contain important information about your order.


Carbon-Neutral Delivery

We work with DPD, who provide carbon-neutral delivery at no extra cost to you.


Electrical Installation

  • We recommend booking your own electrician only after you have received your order.

  • If you would like to use our Household Heroes electrician service, simply select this option on the product page at checkout.

  • Our electrician will visit within a few days after delivery.
    ⚠️ We cannot accept responsibility for any costs if your electrician was booked before the goods were received.


Inspection & Damages

  • If the packaging looks damaged, please take a photo before opening.

  • If the item inside is damaged, take additional photos and email them to mail@my-household-heroes.com.
    This is essential for processing warranty claims.


Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from receipt to return unwanted items (unused and in their original packaging).

  • You have 24 hours from receipt to report any damages.

  • Claims for returns or damages cannot be accepted after these periods.
