The lamps are handmade using eco-friendly materials that are durable, tear-resistant, and biodegradable. The process begins with a sketch, followed by 3D modeling and the creation of flat templates. Laser cutting ensures precision in the details, which are then carefully folded by hand into intricate three-dimensional shapes without the use of glue. This approach allows for the creation of long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing lamps that are not only functional but also resemble works of art.
The lamps are handmade in small batches. Therefore, please consider the processing and shipping time. The production and delivery time for these lamps is approximately 7 days with a buffer.

Delivery in Ireland

Orders can be delivered anywhere in Ireland.
Delivery is free of charge across the country.
Any applicable taxes or duties are covered by our store.
Parcels are delivered to your door (in apartment buildings — to the main entrance).
You don’t need to be at home: if you are absent, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a collection point, or leave a notification.

Production & Delivery Times

Stock items: delivery usually takes 9–14 working days.
Handmade items: some of our collections are made to order and may require additional production time.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery date.
Once dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
After successful delivery, you will receive a final confirmation email.

Electrical Installation

We recommend booking your own electrician only after you have received your order.
If you would like to use our Household Heroes electrician service, simply select this option on the product page at checkout.
Our electrician will visit within a few days after delivery.
⚠️ We cannot accept responsibility for any costs if your electrician was booked before the goods were received.

Inspection & Damages

If the packaging looks damaged, please take a photo before opening.
If the item inside is damaged, take additional photos and email them to mail@my-household-heroes.com.
This is essential for processing warranty claims.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to return unwanted items (unused and in their original packaging).
You have 24 hours from receipt to report any damages.
Claims for returns or damages cannot be accepted after these periods.
